Shipping Policy

When an order is placed it will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. If your order was placed on Friday, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day which is Monday. We do not ship on holidays. The holidays this business counts are followed by USPS. Shipping activity will become available 24 hours after receiving a tracking email. Please Track Your Package at www.USPS.com. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the buyer, we are not responsible for any loss caused.

Return Policy

If you are returning any items such as clothing for a refund please contact our customer service within 48 hours after the package is delivered via email at info@shoprosegoldbeauty.com Please include product related pictures/videos to speed up the process. Any clothing items to be accepted to be returned must be unworn, un washed, and all original tags attached. Any returns must be made at your own cost, however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back. 


If you are returning a wig for a refund it must not be a custom wig. If the wig was not customized, it must be untouched, unworn, not cut and untampered with in order to receive a refund. Wigs must be returned in the same condition it was received and in the same box. Since human hair wigs are hygienic products, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned.

                    Damaged, Wrong, or Incomplete Items

​​Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct the issue and make it right.

                                 Exchange Policy 

Unfortunately, no items will be approved for an exchange.

                              Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, custom wigs cannot be returned. All custom wigs will be approved by the customer before it is shipped out. Items that were on sale also cannot be returned.
